Overview: This website is owned and operated by Maxferris Prime LLC Throughout the site, the terms “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Maxferris Prime LLC. Maxferris Technology offers this website, including all information, products, and services available from this site to the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated on this page.
By engaging with our site and/ or purchasing something from us, users agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions and policies.
Refund Policy: Customers who receive their unit and (1) it is within the first 30 days of the original delivery date (2) the hardware within the system is defective. Then, Maxferris Technology will issue a 100% refund on the price of the unit once the unit has arrived back to our facility and the defect is confirmed to be hardware related. Shipping costs, from Maxferris Technology to the customer and from the customer to Maxferris Technology are not refunded. Any missing items will also have a fee deducted from the final credit.
Warranty Policy: Customers who receive their unit and (1) it is within 2 years of the original delivery date (2) the hardware within the system is defective. Then, Maxferris Technology will repair the system without any additional labor charges. Shipping cost and any replacements are paid by the customer.
Cancelation Policy: Due to the very high cost nature of computer assembly, orders are given a 24 hour grace period for the time that an order cancelation request may be refunded in full. Order cancelations requested after the stated 24 hour grace period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
While we thoroughly understand the urgency of certain cancelation request; the nature of computer assembly is of a very high cost, and as a small business, we cannot afford such losses.
International Shipping Policy: When shipping international, Maxferris Technology is not obligated to paying customs/duties fees. Due to the high cost nature of international shipping; all international sales with Maxferris Technology are finale and at the sole discretion of Maxferris Technology. If an international customer of Maxferris Technology receives their order in inadequate or unadvertised condition, we will offer our warranty service but will not issue any refunds.
Shipping Disclaimer: Customers who receive their package and (1) refuse the package delivered by the shipping service (2) ship the package back to our facility without our authorization, will be refused by us and not issued any credit.
